Heavy legs and jet lag from travel, followed by 4 days of easy recovery jogs and yoga. Capped the week with a smooth 21.46km LSD (137 bpm average) to close out a 74.56km week.

A 21.19km half marathon in Aalborg, Denmark (1:53:31, avg pace 5'21''). Ideal 18°C coastal running with strong pacing through 15km before sightseeing leg fatigue caught up in the final 5km.

Heavy overnight rain brought a cool morning for a happy 21.44km LSD. An accidental Apple Watch stop during a water break split the run, but merging the FIT files brought it back into one.
